Clean Room Hepa Filter Box description

HEPA diffuser is an ideal air fitlering terminal for the clean room or clean workshop.
It consists of plenum box,hepa filter, short air inlet tube and outlet air diffuser board etc.
These series are terminal filter equipments of purification workshop, the shell is made of premium cooled steel plate, static on the surface by spraying; HEPA filter airflow outlet maintain the qulity, the flow and the direction of the air and prevent eddy current from happening; great appearance; less investment; simple structure.
It has an attractive structure, good sealing property and is convenient for both mounting and air volume.The plenum box has both the heat and sound insulating material,which not only purifies the environment, but also has noise elimnination effect.
Clean Room Hepa Filter Box Applications
Used for the relatively high level of class 100,1000 air purification system of the terminal filter air feeding device.
2.Air hepa filter diffuser structure
1). The box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the outer surface is electrostatically sprayed and dispensed with diffuser plates.
2). Compact structure, reliable sealing performance, side air inlet and top inlet air in the air inlet, and square and round flange structure.
3). When the clean room is limited by the civil construction height or when a compact design must be adopted, an integrated high-efficiency filter air outlet may be used.
4). There is insulation layer, stainless steel material to choose from.
