1.0 INTRODUCTION
Specially designed to prevent the transfer of particles between areas of productive processes. Before entering the environment, the user or product passes through the Air Shower, undergoing an air bath that prevents the transfer of microparticles between the environments. Widely used in pharmaceutical industry. Single Airflow, in which the user enters the inner tube, drives the fan, creating a turbulent flow of high velocity downward air through side air diffusers. This air flow passes through the wearer's clothing, releasing microparticles trapped in the filtration system. The return air passes through a Coarse pre-filter system, a return duct and finally a Fine filter, before being blown back to the user or product. The clean air blown by the air shower should remove dust carried by people and materials and effectively block or reduce the source of dust in the controlled area. The front and rear air/charge shower doors are electronically interlocked, which must also act as air brakes to prevent unpolluted air from entering the clean area / ISO7.
2.0 FEATURES
High performance, high sealing, LED panel should correctly display the operating state of the air shower, the interlock status of both doors and the progress of the air shower cycle. It is equipped with photoelectric sensor and unidirectional pass-through air passage. People should enter the air shower and after closing the door, the infrared ray sensor will find the person and then it will be blown. After the explosion, the front door will be locked and people will only be able to exit through the exit door.
