Product Description
Air shower is transit passage for person or goods to enter clean room in order to minimize the amount of contaminated particulate.
Our automatic intelligent air shower equipped with voice prompt system, it will remind the person to be showered in the whole process by voice.
The feeling of intimacy will be felt when you get a purified effect through it.
The frame of chamber is made of A3 cold rolled stainless steel plate. The bottom floor adopt sanding stainless steel plate.
It is equipped with C4 primary filter and H13 non-clapboard HEPA to ensure ideal clean class.
The shower is activated by infrared induction
The various angle and adjustable SS nozzles are equipped on left and right side. The outer rotor low noise fan can generate air velocity 20-25m/s on straight direction.
The LCD time indicator can be set at 0-99s and it is visible and the system will remind by voice.
Product Features
■ It adopts fully automatic control operation, two-door electronic interlocking, infrared induction automatic shower, and double door locking when blowing.
■ Cold plate spray series, using multi-layer pickling technology, electrostatic dustless spray treatment.
■ All stainless steel doors, door frames, handles, thicker floor plates, and air shower nozzles are used as the basic configuration.
■ LCD time display, air shower time is 0~99s adjustable, and shows the air shower time.
■ The air blowing system using the Archimedes spiral design achieves an ultra-strong wind speed of 25m/s~30m/s, ensuring that the personnel and goods entering the clean room can achieve the perfect effect of complete dust removal.
■ Advanced mute system, quieter operation, less impact on working personnel.
■ A unique air freshening system is used to completely eliminate the odors generated in the long-term closed air shower and air shower channels.

Yes,we accept free sample for some models, but the customer should be pay the shipment costs.
There will be sample cost for some models, but it can be refund after order placed for same models
5.What's your payment terms?
1).We accept the small order payment route by T/T, MoneyGram,Credit Card,Paypal,West Union,Cash,Escrow,Letter in Credit at sight. we also accept the Payment funds such as USD, EUR, HKD,CNY.
2).Usually, 50% deposit after PI confirmed and balance 50% should be paid before shipment.
if the order's total amount below $5000, It should be paid 100% in advance.
