1.Framework
Using industrial aluminum profiles (or stainless steel square tubes, powder-coated iron square tubes) as the framework ensures sturdiness, aesthetic appeal, rust resistance, and dust-free properties.
2. Anti-Static Curtains
The clean booth is surrounded by anti-static curtains (or tempered glass), which provide excellent anti-static performance, high transparency, clear grid patterns, good flexibility, resistance to deformation, and anti-aging properties.
3. Fan Filter Unit (FFU)
Equipped with a centrifugal fan, the FFU features long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, minimal vibration, and stepless speed control. The high-quality fan, combined with a unique air duct design, significantly improves fan efficiency and reduces noise. The internal cleanliness level can reach Class 100 to 100K, making it particularly suitable for areas with high local cleanliness requirements, such as assembly line work areas.
