Product Information:
1. The clean bench is composed of pre filter, hepa filter, ventilators and electrical appliances. The clean bench has the advantages of high cleanliness, low noise, strong mobility and connection to an assembly line. Cleanliness can reach the use requirements of class 100. Horizontal clean benches, Horizontal flow and open table surface to enable convenient operation.;
2.Adjustable air volume fan system, touch the health adjustment voltage, ensure that the work area wind speed is always in an ideal state.
3. The work surface is stainless steel. The internal cleanliness of the workbench is class 100. The horizontal purifying workbench is a general-purpose local clean workbench, and the clean air flow flows from the top to the bottom in the vertical direction.
Horizontal clean bench is a working table with the function of air purifying. It is mainly applied to manufacturing areas of
precise products which require a specific clean environment. It suck in air through fan,pass through static pressure box and then
pass through HEPA filter. The purified air can reach ISO 5 clean class to meet the environment requirement for production.
Performance Features:
Clean air bench designed so as to meet the requirements of US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295) providing particle free air to meet class 100. Whole cabinet made of Cold Rolled steel powder coated. The work table is made of thick Stainless-steel (SUS304 T=1.0mm). Extra charge is applied for full SUS304 body.
The unit is fitted with pre-filter and HEPA Filter. Air is drawn through pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron
